I spent years fighting against my limited capacity and trying to do all the things to feel better. Spoiler alert: it didn't work. What did help? Slowing down, doing less, and focusing on micro moments.
If you're tired of being told to do more in order to feel better, you're in the right place. The Tending Space is for women who take care of everyone else at the expense of themselves and then try to change everything at once. And then inevitably feel like a failure when it all falls apart 2 weeks later.
