I spent years fighting against my limited capacity and trying to do all the things to feel better. Spoiler alert: it didn't work. You know what did? Slowing down, doing less, and tending to myself in micro moments.
If you're tired of being told to do more in order to feel better, you're in the right place. The Tending Space is for women who take care of everyone else at the expense of themselves. And when they realize they've been neglecting themselves? They try to change everything at once and then inevitably feel like a failure when it all falls apart 2 weeks later.
